Holy shit, I swore i nearly got killed just now. >.< Yea, i did the quite insane thing - of going back for training. Its like like riding a skateboard up a 60degree inclined hill. Yep, that serious. I had officially become one lump of fat that bounce according to ding and my abs are like CRAPZ. Somemore going sentosa on mon. Any tips on saving your abs in 3 days? =/ Anw, back to the trng part. After warm-up, i was already quite tired liao coz of the 30 push-ups. Then, after warmup was groundwork. Supposed to complete 15 laps of prawns in 7 minutes. But i thought just do 15 laps. Then times's up, supposed to do 2 X no. of laps not completed of moving push-up. So since i did 9, i am supposed to do like 12 laps. Then after lap 3, i realised that i was the only one left so i er... stopped. Got killed during butterfly thanks to the moving push-up. Gotta admit, im weak and old now. All those mugging, eating, mugging. =( Shud start running every alternate days, do push ups and sit ups. But then, i missed trng together with all my sec4 peeps.
PAE program ending tmr at 4pm and im still not sure of where to go.
Training camp next week. Shud i go? Sec1 was like asking me whether am i going for sat and trng camp lar. Die liao. I dun really got the desire. Prolly i come back on the last day for randori.
